From humble beginnings and shy performances, this butterfly has finally broken out of her cocoon. My name is DeAndrea Austin (MamaD) and I am a singer/songwriter, live entertainer and saxophonist. 

 

My style of music is a compilation of the dynamic sounds of Rake n Scrape, R&B, Reggae, Soca and Afro Beats. Having had the opportunity to perform various covers of songs in 2016, my talent and drive for music has grown tremendously.  I love to please and entertain my crowd with continuing to diversify myself. Performance is key. 

 

My intentions in this industry is to take it by storm and to put forth the great sounds of Bahamian Rake n Scrape music on an international platform. Music is indeed a great passion of mine. With this talent I intend to touch the hearts and ears of many.
